Information Regarding the Return of 2025-2026 Seasonal Rentals
Regarding the return date
The rental period is until Wednesday, March 31, 2026, but please ship the item so that it arrives by April 4, 2026. (If you have also purchased the extension option, the return date will be until the end of Golden Week.)
After that, you can use it until the end of Golden Week (May 9, 2026) by extending the rental.
To extend the rental period:
Please apply for the extension option.
*If the item is not returned by May 12th, additional extension fees will be incurred depending on the duration.
Return method
Please return it using either of the following methods:
① Nord Tokyo store drop-off
Please bring it in during business hours (no appointment necessary).
Please check the calendar at the bottom of the top page for business days and hours.
(We are closed every Wednesday.)
②Delivery to Nord
Please send to the address below.
* If returning by courier service, please follow the courier company's instructions and place the skis in a separate ski bag.
* Absolutely do not send the skis in the NORD in-store pickup bag.

If damage is observed
*Please contact us immediately if any damage is found.
High-end adult models are expensive products, and with the latest models, you may be responsible for up to 200,000 yen in actual costs. Therefore, we strongly recommend that each individual obtains property damage insurance.

Children's: ¥10,000~
Adult's: ¥30,000~
Ski and snowboard boots
Minor scratches from normal use: 0 yen
Mud stains, return while wet: 3,000 yen
Unusable/Lost
Children's rear-entry boots: 5,000 yen~
Children's front buckle boots: 10,000 yen~
Adult boots: 20,000 yen~
Ski pole
Minor scratches from normal use: ¥0
Mud stains, return while wet: ¥3,000
Breakage/Loss:
Children's: ¥2,000〜
Adults': ¥3,000〜
Wear
Minor scratches from normal use: 0 yen
Mud stains, return while wet: 3,000 yen
*In cases of severe mud stains, we may ask you to purchase the item.
Unusable/Lost
Children's: 5,000 yen~
Adult's: 10,000 yen~
If you lose both skis or both boots, you will be responsible for the full cost of the item.
*If it is difficult to determine the condition of each item, please return it to the store.
