Notes

• Edges will be sharpened by sanding.
• For snowboards, please remove the bindings before sending.
• When shipping your skis, please be sure to include the order number on the shipping label (as stated in the order confirmation email).
• Regarding desired completion dates, delays may occur depending on the work content and peak seasons, so please allow ample time for your request. It usually takes about one week, but if you need it urgently, please contact us by phone in advance.
• After ordering, please send the item prepaid within 3 days. Please do not use "round-trip delivery service."
• Please do not include anything other than skis, such as poles or boots.
• If we do not receive contact for pick-up or if a date significantly exceeding one month is set, we will ship the item cash-on-delivery approximately one month after completion of the work.
