Can I try them on?

This is possible if you pick up the item in-store. Depending on the fitting, you may also be able to change the size.

Can I exchange sizes during the season?

If you wish to resize your item after use, you may exchange it by paying an exchange fee of 3,000 yen per exchange, plus shipping costs.

Can I extend the rental period during the rental?

This is possible by purchasing the extension fee option.

What happens if it's damaged?

Depending on the extent of the damage, high-end adult models and similar items are expensive, and for the latest models, out-of-pocket expenses of up to 200,000 yen may be incurred. Therefore, we strongly recommend that each individual obtains property damage insurance.
